Rabbi Ephraim Eliyahu Shapiro is the Mara D’Asra of Shaaray Tefilah in North Miami Beach, Florida, providing guidance and inspiration for his kehila since 1998.

He is a world-renowned speaker who has lectured in Eretz Yisroel, Australia, South Africa, Canada, many countries throughout Europe and cities across the United States. Rabbi Shapiro is also a featured lecturer for the Chofetz Chaim Heritage Foundation, and his daily shiur on Kedushas HaPeh reaches a global audience. Thousands of people have been inspired by Rabbi Shapiro’s Divrei Torah and Divrei Chizuk.

Rabbi Shapiro’s care and concern for everyone is evident in the relationships he has with adults and children of all ages. Rabbi Shapiro’s rapport with our Gedolei Yisroel are a testament both to his devotion to Torah values as well as his dedication to those seeking to grow and to be inspired.

The Annual Tomchei Shabbos Lecture is dedicated in memory of Ruchama Fraidel Zlotnick a”h who was tragically taken on 21 Adar 5759.

The Yom Tov clothing and footwear is dedicated in memory of Chana Malka Weissman a”h who was taken from our midst over 10 years ago.

In order to protect the anonymity of the recipients of Tomchei Shabbos, we cannot discuss whether a person is on our list. Our mandate is to provide food through referral only to Shabbos observant members of our community. If you are a person in need or know of someone who may need to receive our food packages, please contact the local Orthodox Rabbi who is acquainted with the person or family. The Rabbi will in turn contact us.
